Our mission statement promises that we always try our utmost best to surprise every owner with the quality of treatment and with the way we care for people and animals.We strive to go the extra mile to meet your needs and to ensure that the animal’s comfort is supported as much as possible.
In the corona crisis many people have decided to enrich their lives with a new pet. Of course, we can only applaud this and we are extremely honored that you entrust us with the care of all your new housemates. Unfortunately, lately we have noticed that due to the increase in pressure it is difficult to deliver the perfect quality, which we strive so hard to provide. In addition, our work satisfaction is decreasing due to the overcrowded schedules and this is not good for the wellfare of our staff. Therefore, after considering all the possible options, we have with a heavy heart decided that we are forced to implement a temporary client stop. We are doing this in the effort to continue providing the care and service you have come to expect from us.
If an animal is in an emergency situation, you can always come to us (within our opening hours) without hesitation; we will never refuse an emergency case. New pets from existing customers are also more than welcome. If you are not yet registered with us but do already have an appointment scheduled, then this can continue as normal.
As soon as we have more capacity for new clients and patients we will announce this on our website and social media channels. In the meantime, we will continue to work on creative solutions to help as many patients as possible.
